Georgetown down to 203. 2016 St Johns was 211. Yeah this could easily be worst Big East team ever.

This tells you all that you need to know about KenPom. PC had a huge jump because they beat a winless conference foe by a sizable margin? Dumb.

Margin of victory, even against crappy teams, is predictive on future winning probability against other teams. Also, like already said, there's a whole pack of teams close together in rating, so small changes have a bigger impact.
