I'm not sure for Nova which one you'd rather play. I really think might rather play Arizona instead of Houston.

Houston all the way. I think Mathurin is distracted by that incident with TCU dancer.

But it's literally home game for Houston, so it'll be tough either way.

If it's Houston it's gonna feel like a Big East game almost with Houston playing Nova. Think playing teams like UConn would really help Nova on Saturday.

Nova game on Saturday is at 6:09pm. 1st game on Saturday- no shocker that Duke would get that 2nd game.

so was looking at KP at the matchup....
Houston defense has good and bad news for Nova.
bad news- they are 2nd best defensive team that Nova has played all year long(to only Tennessee) and best since they played Baylor. Also the best 3 point defensive team Nova has faced all year long- #10 in the country.
good news- they are the team with the highest FTA rate that Nova has played all year long- which obviously plays into the hands of Nova.

Tempo will be so fascinating. Both like to play the slow tempo- they are 2 of only 36 teams overall/4 at large level teams that have an average possession length of at least 19 seconds.

I'm convinced Jay Wright has this down to a science. Its truly amazing how relaxed wright looks. Never gets too high or too low. All skill, all class.

And they truly play "Villanova basketball". You know what they will bring to the table yet its nearly impossible to stop them.

We owe so much to J.W for elevating the Big East brand to power-6 level after initial doubts over its quality

+1 again can we get at like button? From the very first year, Villanova has been my favorite team to watch in Omaha. Starting with my favorite players from memory ( old guy, no google search)- Josh Hart my favorite player, Jaylen Brunson, Ryan D. and so on. They are the most fun team to watch and I think Creighton is the closest team that emulates them. #CU second most wins in the Big East since realignment!

Mucho Respeto Radnorites, mucho respeto.

While I would just as soon burn the ground you walk on...even I cannot ignore
the fact that JW & the Wildcats “geter done”. Congrats on another great game
and a well deserved victory. Survive & Advance. Another EE, and hopefully more.

Kudos to the fellas: Jack, Chesty, Gumby, Kayako, MackNova, etc.

#RollWildcats
#RollFriars

2 of my fav teams... ;) lol

+1. I also love his comment after winning to get to the sweet 16 how he was a little nervous about the new Big East and said it is what it is, I'm not going anywhere. Then he said it has surpassed surpassed his best expectations! Everyone owes thanks to him for taking us to one of the top 2-3 conferences. Now it's time for some of the others to start making national noise. Let's go Providence ! Creighton is coming for everyone next year!!

Great win VU.
Great game management, and loved that Gillespie three to seal the win.
Keep it going tomorrow!
