And people who follow the big east know that butler was good before stevens.

This is why people making predictions about tourney teams and Coach of the Year shouldn't happen until some conference games have been played. Butler fans say their coach is better, and they have the "Butler Way." Marq guys were saying the same thing about Buzz and the "Marq. Way" in the preseason and now that they've struggled a bit everyone is dismissing them before one game is played. The only thing that I think is fairly certain is that Doug M will be POY and it won't be a close vote. Even if Nova goes undefeated, there is not one single player who will put up the #s that DM will. And in terms of everything else, everyone needs to relax and wait for some games to be played before making definitive statements about who will be in the tourney and who will be conference COY.

I hate the mid-major attitude of, "well, we weren't picked to be good but now we are a bubble team" as being more of an accomplishment than "well, we were picked as a bubble team but now we are a national contender".

Sorry I did not realize that I was not allowed to express my opinion. I didn't know this was a private discussion.
