I’m going to enjoy it, will be watching all day. No Tums needed for these games, should be a nice relaxing day of b-ball till the stressful season slaughterhouse begins!!!

If Marquette is off, especially Howard...the BE Fantasy league is gonna have an Earthquake Party. Oscar and Hoyahooligan (current leaders respectively) are riding Marquette hard this week and
the restivus are looking to gain some ground. I'm expecting an after-quake tsunami to change the league landscape a bit. That "buy-game garbage" should help me move up to 3rd place in the standings (i hope).

4 of my 6 current starters are active this week (CUs Ballock and Mahoney, BUs Baldwin and McDermott) and promise to carry the load for my Lightning squad. Can only hope Mamu recovers rapidly and returns
to action in late January. Also been starting JRE & Coleman - Lands regularly since Mamu went down.

Probably not gonna catch Oscar and 'hooligan, BUT only need to git to and maintain 3rd or 4th to make the playoffs...lightning has been known to strike during the playoffs. Ya never know when and where Lightning
will strike next? ;)

American is probably happy. 1st game against the Hoyas in seven years...Their coach Mike Brennan is a Gtwn former asst coach under JT3.

The Eagles will conclude their series of games against teams with "George" in their name when they take on Georgetown.
American already took down George Washington last month before falling to George Mason earlier this month.

Georgetown has a commanding, 43-10 lead in the all-time series with AU.
The Hoyas have won nine straight and 16 of the last 17. The Eagles' last win was in 1982.
The most recent meeting was seven years ago, resulting in a 65-48 Georgetown win on Dec. 22, 2012.

Go Eagles!

I hope all these games are comfortable wins, and I won't end up checking the scores late and seeing any games in doubt.

Looking like four blowouts. Well done everyone.

Jay fans - What's the point of scheduling an NAIA opponent? Doesn't count towards NET, KP, etc, so an opportunity to pad your resume in the non-conference goes by. You put your athletes at risk for a game that would appear to have zero benefit. Is this all about home game revenue?

Mac didnt want 10 days in between games and couldnt find a decent buy game. Wanted to avoid another 300+ rpi team. I kinda would prefer another game that counts even if it hurts SOS because sometimes 19 wins looks better than 18 when it comes selection time but thats Macs preference.
