I couldn't have put together a better region for Marquette to play in myself. This is going to be fun.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

I was terrified... we've been hosed before. Sounds nuts, but 1993 snubbing still weighs heavily on Friar minds. Jay Wright's presence made me feel good though.

I love Jay Wright, calling out UK vs PC game and saying both fanbases are insane. Haha!!

It’s the path we deserve.

I’d say it’s better than we deserve. I’ll take it, thank you committee. We’ve gotten better placement AFTER our AD was the President of the selection committee. Go figure.

I think things set up pretty fairly for the Big East. We need to get the three highest teams into the S16. Would be nice if Creighton regained their early form and grabbed a win or two also. PC's late season collapse worries me and I'm not sure how likely that one is to be a W, but the Friars definitely have a chance.

Congrats to everyone who was invited this year! Meanwhile, you'll find me spending the rest of my evening laughing at our Scarlet neighbors to the south.

If our collapse against DePaul, which dropped us to a Q3 loss for RU (and bringing their total to 4) was the final nail, it was oh so worth it lol
