Weak. Steele seems to be using the Wojo tactic for inflating his win totals.

I really wouldn't call Xavier's schedule weak. Known games with Missouri, Cincy, Wake Forest, and TCU- and then the 3 in the Charleston Classic should be pretty good. It's not quite as tough as their normal schedules are, but it's definitely pretty solid at least.

Is the Missouri State game a "lead in" to the Charleston tourney or is there a chance they end up playing them twice?

Charleston is pretty nice in November if any X fans are planning to head that way. The tournament is downtown in the College of Charleston's arena, a newer (about 10 years old) 5,000 seat arena that's a nice place to watch a game. It's walking distance to almost everything downtown, including many hotels and restaurants.

Probably end up on separate sides on the bracket and could only meet up in the finals or the double loser game.

That's exactly what it is- a lead in game. You'll see that with the exempt tournaments for that 4th game- you'll see teams that are going to be on opposite sides of the bracket play each other away from the tourney but still counting as a tourney game....

In 2019, that's not as tough as you think. SLU isn't great- they lose a ton from last year. Rutgers is meh. Michigan if they see them 1st in Atlantis isn't Michigan from last year. A lot of the schedule would hinge on what they see after Michigan in Atlantis quite frankly.

They could be way overscheduled though depending on what Powell does. If he's gone, yikes.
