lol, love to deliberately misinterpret things.

challenge yourself, but don't be stupid

Seton Hall didn't schedule this game or the MSU one, the Big East gave them to them. Atlantis and Maryland were scheduled long before Willard knew he'd be getting them.

You wonder if MSU got to choose who they played from the BE....

Also have to remember for Big 12 all the games that we're already folded in this year-
Kansas/Nova
Marquette/K St
Oklahoma/Creighton
Texas/Providence

so only 6 Big 12 teams left. Texas Tech, Iowa St, Baylor, Oklahoma St, TCU, and West Virginia. None would be exactly easy.

true, seton hall couldn't avoid their schedule to some extent, i'm just saying, in general it's not a good idea to schedule this difficult

RE: #16 Seton Hall @ Iowa State

there really isn't a good reason to play this difficult of a schedule.

It's not that difficult of a schedule for a top-tier team such as Seton Hall.

Rpi is a horrible metric though. Xavier and seton halls schedules aren’t comparable at least in terms of high end games, yet rpi has us about the same. Kenpom has them at #50 and that will only go up before the non conference is over.
