Even though their NET has improved 10 spots since Friday morning (I realize NET is only part of the NCAA formula though)? 3 or 4 spots would still be decent given it was a Q3 game.
Edit: NET is actually up 12 spots now since Friday morning. Our Q1/Q2 record is pretty poor though.

Memphis has a better resume and is already in the field by a good amount of bracketologists. If you're Creighton, you probably don't wanna give SMU a quality win to push them onto the right side of the bubble too.
With that said, it'd be funny if "all the smoke" Penny lands in the NIT again so I may have to root for SMU.

I think it's worked out ok for Creighton, at least short term if bracketville's placement of these teams are accurate. AAC could end up earning 3 bids or just 1 bid.
