Very cool! Sounds like that'd be a blast

Just curious...what kind of rates did you get for flights?

I bought my plane tickets flying into Newark on Wednesday and staying in Manhattan. I'm going to need someone to tell me the best way to get from the airport into NYC.

It's too bad they can't figure out how to sit fan bases together as a group. That was one of the fun parts of Arch Madness in St. Louis. From Creighton today:
NOTE: This year's ticket order process by the BIG EAST Conference is very different than the one used in previous years by the MVC. Please read all of the important information before ordering and note that schools will not have block seating (in a particular section or sections) as in years past. Seating for school-specific fans for all 10 schools will be sprinkled together within each price option and those seat locations will be determined by the BIG EAST Conference at a later date. Once our seat locations are provided to us by the BIG EAST Conference, the Creighton Athletics Ticket Office will assign those seat locations in accordance with CU’s priority point ranking system. Exact seat locations will not be available in advance of receipt of tickets.

TICKET ORDER DEADLINE: Friday, November 1, 2013

When ordering tickets, to start you will have two initial options: $275.00 tickets in Option 4 (second balcony) and $180.00 tickets in Option 5 (fourth balcony). CLICK HERE FOR PRICING/MAP

Those purchasing the $180.00 or $275.00 seats will be asked whether they wish to be upgraded to a higher price level (and charged the difference in ticket cost) should their priority point ranking qualify them for better seats. Those who select to upgrade to higher price level seats ($350.00, $399.00 or $600.00) will be upgraded to the highest price level for which they qualify and selected. Accounts who qualify for a seat upgrade will be notified by February and all tickets and seat locations are subject to availability.

Creighton MBB fans have already purchased over 600 all-session tickets to the 2014 BIG EAST Trny at MSG in NYC. Deadline to order is Nov. 1.

Not a bad start.

Where are the students?
Coach Al Mcguire:
"I like seashells and balloons, ribbons and medals, bare feet and wet grass."
"When I'm losing, they call me nuts. When I'm winning, they call me eccentric."
"Queen of victory, pray for us."
