Big opportunities for the road teams here to help their NCAA chances.

For Creighton totally agree...

But for Georgetown? Providence is hardly a big win this year- probably wouldn't be a Q1 win quite frankly. That game is pretty close to an elimination game quite frankly. Not going to help the winner that much outside of it not being a loss.

We sure have tons of ex-coaches calling our games in this conference. I actually do like Lappas, as he kept us at least relevant during his years, but I'm glad it's the last CBSSN game for Nova.

Can only hope to catch Nova looking ahead to Saturday or that some kind of exotic illness is going through the team, or both. Creighton is now without Zegarowski, who broke a bone in his hand Sunday. Davion going back to point guard is not a good thing. However, Kaleb Joseph has been playing at a much higher level the last 3-4 games, so perhaps he will continue to pick up his contribution. We could get our other starter, Jefferson back for tonight. He would lend some height on the wing (6'5"), 56% shooting (46% from 3) and rebounding that we didn't have first time around. But, reports are his practices are still limited. Also will be without Cashaw due to shoulder injury. Going to need Nova to throw out a clunker tonight. After all, everyone is entitled to one of those. Make it tonight and save your A game for Saturday when it really matters.

Not sure who to root for. Would be nice to see Creighton win, but also want to face a highly ranked Nova next week.

Should be two great games.

It’s crazy to me Kaleb Joseph is still around. I remember when he was on Cuse and played against D’Angelo Harrison and that group. Seems like forever ago the johnnies had that team
