MSG Press Conference

No real new info.

-July 1st 2020 is the earliest join date.

-Apparently Uconn will save "a couple million" per year just on traveling.

-Fox and tier 3 details TBD.

-Talks started after the basketball season.

-No plans for team #12, yet.

-20 game conference schedule confirmed, but I'm not sure if this is the case for the wbb.

-Uconn season ticket sales up noticeably the past 3 days. Donors also amped up.

-Val suggested 6 vs. 11, 7 vs 10, 8 vs 9 BET format.

More than half of the league teams will need to play an extra game at MSG now at the BET.

Makes earning a bye a little more special (less than 1/2 will get one now) and a little more coveted. So a Wednesday first round mid afternoon to late night triple header?
Very stoked with this add!

My favorite sports day of the year is Big East quarerfinals Thursday. Now a close second will be on Wednesday.

David Benedict said UConn has had 2,000 people renew or purchase new UConn basketball season-tickets since Friday, when the Big East news began to break.

3 Wednesday games should make for a more exciting BET start. Most seasons 6, 7, and 8 seeds should be in the bubble, and obviously lower seeds are fighting for their season.

Was I the only one watching that press conference unrealistically hoping Ed Cooley would show up and shit talk UConn Clobber Lang style? I was originally hoping it would be Mike Anderson for my own personal reasons but quickly realized it would be better if it was Cooley.

Telling Susan Herbst that she needs a real man! hahaha

I know Providence vs. URI is always heated... but Anderson has beef with Hurley?
