MWC 1 ranked, 0 RV
In case of a tie (ACC-SEC) I put the conference with the higher rated team on top.
Obviously preseason rankings are meaningless but it does say a lot about conference perception. It looks like this year the top 4 conferences are expected to be deep and competitive, with the next tier having a few decent top teams and then a lot of fluff (possible exception of the Pac 12). Can the season start already?
