Rutgers presently has a better RPI ranking than in April 2013, but the other seven OBE schools presently have a worse RPI ranking.

No Boston College? Also West Virginia and few others missing, but reality is only Syracuse, BC, and Pitt's been around long enough to matter to anyone. Really it's probably just Syracuse.

Basketball has definitely suffered for those teams that jumped to the ACC.
