With both Powell and Mamu out, it's hard to see the Pirates winning this one. Hopefully some other guys step up and they find a way but I'd be happy with a competitive effort and someone stepping up as a scorer. Might be time to give Taurean Thompson a run-out.

Yeah, I'd be shocked if Hall wins this one. They've had some really bad breaks this year. Think they'll ultimately get it together a few weeks from now and make the Tournament.

I just got home but it looks like Hall is holding them to under 30% shooting. Solid defensive effort.

Holy cow!! Don’t know how Hall pulled that off, but that was a huuuuge win. Should jump them up the NET rankings. Really solid defense and Maryland was terrified to go inside all night (for good reason 15 blocks)
