If Nova had to make up the lost home game vs. Temple, it has to be March 1st. But given our banged up roster, I think Jay elects to let it go. This screws up future Big 5 scheduling with uneven home and road games.

you're kind of busy on March 1st- playing Providence.

LOL a complete miss on my part :? Hopefully Friars fans here don't take that as a slight.
Ok, so basically the temple game can't be made up because they can't play the monday before BET. Would've been a Q3 game anyway.

Nova would have jumped quite a bit had they won @Uconn...

All that red and Providence likely to jump like 1 team. I'm guessing Nova 9, Providence 10 next week. UConn should move up a couple of spots as well, despite teams above them not losing.

UConn could easily get passed by St Mary's though if they beat Gonzaga. UConn might move up to like 20 or maybe 19 but with all the teams above them winning- going to be hard to get higher than that. Maybe USC loses to Oregon and that helps some.

Possible, but easily? I wouldn't bet on it. There will be some shuffling in the poll, and uconn is one of the programs that gets benefit of the doubt. They have to look good at Georgetown.
