4 out of 5 Nova losses were basically road games. I think we can improve and make the tournament, but this has ended up being an amazingly dumb schedule.

Yeah- tough break to have this year be the PK85 for sure. and tough break to have a tough Michigan St game in the Gavitt Games. Really need to win out in OOC play vs Oklahoma, Penn, BC, and St Joe's to enter conference play at 6-5. Or would need to go something crazy in a tough conference to just make the tourney.

Yeah, I'm hoping for 6-5 + 12 BE regular season wins and hope Nova is a big enough brand to have that kinda record get us in. 12 BE wins sounds crazy with the way we're playing right now, but we're gonna get guys back and younger players will improve. But this defense sucks right now and it's really bothering me that Nova thought it could get away with playing so many road games to start the season (no lessons learned from last season's superior team?). Everyone else is looking for even the slightest edge, but it feels like Nova doesn't do that and expect to be great anyway.
