Xavier, Georgetown, Butler and Providence are all in the mix for 2014 G Larry Austin Jr. Visiting Xavier this weekend.

Ugh. Another Illinois kid that DePaul has been on forever... that has virtually no interest in actually attending DePaul.

Larry Austin Jr. Will visit Xavier this weekend. Georgetown, Providence, Cal, Butler, Creighton and Kansas State all strong in the mix.

5 Big East teams are interested. Hopefully he goes Big East.

Have read/heard that X is in the drivers seat and will likely land Austin.
He is good friends with J. Lindsay, a PC 2014 commit, so maybe that helps PC.
After losing out on Graham, the staff should be all over him.

Interesting that you are hearing X is in the drivers seat as there doesn't seem to be much discussion about him on the Xavier front. Not saying you are wrong by any means, just strange.

I've gotta think whatever schools don't get Austin (or even those still in the race) will go after Shelton Mitchell pretty heavily as well now that he has a release from Wake Forest.

He's visiting PC this week.

Providence abruptly "stopped" recruiting Jared Terrell yesterday. I do not know exactly what that means, but I am hoping it is because the feel strongly about Austin.
