in better times for the program, PC would average above 10,000 per game. Their numbers have dwindled as they've fallen to program lows the last 10 years, however HC Ed Cooley has injected hope and excitement into the program, if they can get back into the NCAA tournament mix and continue to build through recruiting they should inch up closer to 10,000 pg. They still would sell out the building (around 12,000) for the biggest matchups, but those names Syracuse, ND, Louisville, Pitt, UCONN are gone. They should still possibly sell out a couple of important notable games this season and hopefully gain attendance through winning.

Attendence will go up when certain teams start winning consistently again. And it's not only the people at the games, people watching the games on TV count too.
