They'll be a one bid league unless someone dominates the league, then loses in Brooklyn, which looks unlikely. That should leave 3 bids on the table as compared to last year. One of those is likely to end up going to a bubble BE team that wouldn't have made it last year. The AAC will likely got one of those as well, and deservedly so, they've had a solid preseason.

Good points. But I'd guess the A-10 squeaks out 2 bids this season, the A-10T champ and the best team of the league that likely dominates the regular season (but likely will not win the A-10T). Guessing 2 of: SLU, UD, VCU.

Unless the regular season team has like 15 wins quite frankly- they aren't going. Sorry but for SLU/VCU going 23-8 isn't going to be enough(and Dayton would be 22-9). There's enough decent teams to make it likely the champion wins only like 13-14 games.

Penn lost to previously winless NET #344 Monmouth. This is increasingly looking like a tier 3 loss on the road for Nova. Just terrible.

I believe Coppins State is the only remaining winless team in Division 1.

Maryland beats #24 Nebraska. Helps the Hall's resume and opens a top 25 spot with Nova, SHU, and SJU hawking.

Knowing the dumb AP voters, they will sub in Maryland  .

#23 Oklahoma loses at Kansas. They won't necessarily drop out since it was a road game they were supposed to lose, but they might.

It would take a lot to go right, but there could be a combination of results this weekend that could jump us from just 1 ranked team to 4.

I'd say best case would be 2 teams next week. #25 has 182 votes while #28 Nova has 46 votes. Hall has 24 votes and St. John's just 1.

I actually think SJU has the best chance to crack the rankings, just because the AP only pays attention to Top 25 games.

As of now, yes. But there's still a lot of room for movement. 23 and 24 already lost today. 25 Iowa goes on the road to Purdue and hosts 24 Nebraska. 21 Indiana goes on the road to Michigan. That potentially opens up another 2 spots without even needing a significant upset

Like I said, a lot would need to go right, I'm just saying it seems within the realm of possibility.
