Welp. Goodin sits and the team plays with some heart. Hopefully he doesn't come back on Saturday.

McDermott should probably get canned after tonight. Freaking unreal and no one to blame but him.

you can't even blame Jays for poor execution. there really was nothing to execute. and then a prayer 3 from Houser.

Yeah all CU had to do was throw the ball in to someone, heck anyone and make sure they just touched the ball... not throw the ball down the court to one guy and hope that he could get to the ball. That is the worst possible play call in that situation... however executing an inbounds play with .8 seconds left in the game was obviously way too complicated for the Jays tonight.

I know it's a long season, however this game feels like a major gut punch to this team.

It's hard to blow a 5 point lead with less than 5 seconds left. I hope this doesn't come back to bite CU on Selection Sunday.

Unquestionably it will. A win over a top 25 team would’ve sure helped.

I have felt all along that this Creighton team is most likely destined for the NIT this year... they have a tendency to fold in close games, are over reliant on the three point shot, and are not good enough defensively at this point to be an NCAA team.

The last 5 seconds of regulation and overtime was just an absolute gut punch to any CU fan (can't imagine how the players feel)... hopefully the team can rebound and come out with some fire against Villanova on Sunday morning.

If things go south early in that game, look out as things could get ugly for the Jays.
