Must win for the Hoyas. Embarrassing that we blew a 17pt lead at Xavier. Hopefully we can figure out the zone this time and get the win. Govan needs to play defense and not worry about pick up fouls. Hopefully having Mac back makes the difference. Despite him being fairly useless Having trey mourning back should help against Xavier's bulk.

Important win for Georgetown. They improve to 14-7 with a date with Villanova upcoming. There's work to do, but if Ewing can get a win or two against Villanova/Marquette, and/or get six more conference wins (getting them to 10-8), they will be in good position going into the BET. I would think they would need to win at least one game to be safely in (depending on other factors), but there is definitely a path there to be had.

Agreed. Exciting to see the Hoyas starting to tap the potential, but they're not in now and still a long road ahead.
