10 minutes to play and Creighton is down one. Not in a million years would I have guessed that.

Creighton shouldn’t have even been in this game. That said, CU coulda shoulda won. Dammit.

Absolutely, they had their chance. Nova laid an egg tonight. Fortunate to get out with the win

Certainly a missed opportunity for the Jays. It would make sense that on a night where Villanova was cold shooting, the Jays would be down two of their top 3 players in Marcus Zegarowski and Tyshon Alexander. I am not making excuses for the Jays though, that was a grind of a game and Nova ended up doing their thing, which was play well in the clutch and do just enough to get the W.

Looking forward to watching Nova and Marquette clash this upcoming weekend, that's going to be a fun one to watch!

Tough loss for Creighton, but at the same time they were fortunate to play Nova on a night when they struggled. Just couldn't beat them but at least had a chance to. Nova has that winning mentality which makes it so tough to beat them even in close games.

Will be an exciting Nova @ Marquette game this weekend. Think Nova makes it into the AP top 10 if they win that one.

You’ve got to feel for the Jays. They should be sitting at 6-4, solidly in 3rd place and solidly in the tourney with 2 quality wins—one of which on the road no less. Hopefully they will get an unexpected / fortunate bounce or two their way in the home stretch. They are deserving of at least better fate than they’ve experienced in conference so far.

Creighton is one of the most dangerous teams in the conference. When they're on their game and their 3's are falling with Krampelj involved, they are a damn good team. They are 1 more very good player away IMO from being top 25, tourney worthy.
