What a horrible night for the Big East. Every game went against the conference. It is what it is

Why is SJU so inconsistent? What the heck is wrong with Seton Hall?

Well for one thing they always seem to show up about 35 minutes (game time) late lol

None of the three bubble teams delivered tonight. I still think SJU is pretty solidly in save a massive meltdown. Hall has some OOC pelts that should help a lot, but they have a really tough last 4.

This conference is so weird this year.

Definitely weird. It’ll be much stronger next year. I’m looking at Georgetown to be a potential powerhouse next season

Don't see Georgetown taking a massive step to powerhouse unless Howard and Ponds leave and Villanova's two five stars produce to the same meh level Quinerly has.

There can be multiple powerhouses.

It would've been better to have both teams coming off wins and looking to effectively clinch an NCAA Tournament bid, but it's amazing to finally have a St. John's-Seton Hall game that is extremely important for both sides - and what better stage for it than MSG. This is a showcase for NYC-Metro college hoops and the atmosphere should be incredible. Hopefully the game lives up to the hype.
