Look at all the non FT shooting percentages for the two players and Z is clearly superior. He makes almost the same number of baskets per game while taking 3 less shots per game than Akinjo----3. Akinjo scores more because he shoots more. Akinjo has more assists, but also more TOs. If Akinjo gets the award, it's because he is flashier.( I think he has great potential and will be a great player in the future) Also Govan is better than Krampelj because nobody game plans for Krampelj? Every coach in the league has a plan to stop the pick and roll, it's just hard to do. I don't disagree with the selection of Govan, just the omission of Krampelj, who should be on one of the teams.

In BE play, he shot .601 from the field ---.366 from three---.727 for FT with averages of 16.7 PPG and 8.2 RPG. Numbers much better than some players that made the teams. The coaches got this one wrong!
No good can come from me answering that one! But, if you compare Krampelj to the 2nd teamers, his offensive efficiency numbers are better than any other player that made the team. He also averaged 8.2 RPG in league play. I just think he was overlooked. They had 6 on the 1st team, they could have had 6 on the second team!scoscox wrote:jfan wrote:Creighton is the only team without a 1st or 2nd teamer. Who would you have him replace?
