What was the T on Willard for? The only thing I saw from the replay is Willard hit his head with his hand in front of the ref? Though the call was from the ref on the other side of the court. The announcers didn’t have an explanation for it either. That was the turning point of the game IMO, Seton Hall had all the momentum at that point and then Nova got 4 points on the next possession. I got the feeling the refs tried to make up for that with the travel call at the end.

Nice to see the Hall fight to the end. Can't be too upset with a 3rd place finish and falling one shot short of a tournament title in a year where we were expected to be a conference doormat.

And just because I know you guys love to hear it so much ;) :

A +15 free throw edge when nearly 60% of your field goal attempts were 3 pointers is ridicuous.

Heck of a game... future is bright for you guys. disregarding your last sentence :)

Thanks frustrating and disappointing obviously, but in perspective - if you told me at the start of the season we'd have Myles Powell taking a buzzer 3 for the Big East Championship, I wouldn't have believed you.

Now obviously that was a very tough, contested shot - but considering who took it - I think it's one every Hall fan should be able to live with. The only downside is that everyone in building (and outside the building for that matter) knew where the ball was going, so there was no way he was getting even an inch of space. That said - I'd go right back to the same shot next time because we all know Powell's more than capable of hitting it. Just didn't that time.

No question, I thought it was going in, even with the good D Booth played on him. Powell is a heck of a player. Rhoden last week, Nelson today. A lot of young talent on your team.

I have a feeling Nova might be working on inbounds plays for the next week.!

Just keep hitting your threes and you'll be fine lol. We're just never lucky enough to catch you guys on a bad day (though for your standards today's 35.5% may actually be considered bad lol). Even when it felt like you guys were going cold - you hit the big ones.
