That’s an oddly random span of time. I suppose these things are always arbitrary but you usually see it in multiples of 10 or since something significant like the 64 team tournament expansion.

2000 through 2019 is 20 seasons, throwing in three more just seems weird.

Can't speak to Georgetown but 98, 99, 2000, 2001 and 2015 are probably weighing MU down significantly. Even if he put the number from 2000 I expect MU would have a big jump.
