Apparently getting 7 teams in isn't all that good to be excited about, you know with most those teams getting middling seeds and poor possible 2nd round match-ups(yes, seriously).

I mean, he’s right that only having one top four seed out of seven teams wouldn’t be ideal but then again lunardi is total moron with preseason stuff and I fully expect to have one more at least. Getting seven teams in for a ten team conference is great no matter the seeds

"The thing is, 6th would only get them a 2 seed and that's really bad because 2 seeds lose in the first round more often than 1 seeds."

In both of them we only sent 4 teams, however this year we also sent 5 teams to the NIT which is a great sign for the future.
What really needs to be avoided is getting 2-3 teams in like the Pac 12 and AAC have in recent years, as it sets a really bad narrative. Fortunately that hasn't happened yet.
UConn joining will help us reach 5 or more teams more often than not. This year should be a really fun one, and I look forward to watching UConn play in the AAC.

Correct???? Granted, I see all things through X BLUE spectacles but what am I missing here? Aside from this being Lunardi.....Nova a 2 seed, Creighton a 3? Which is more ridiculous? Someone please help me to understand why X is not at the top (or damn close) to all of these predictions.....4 returning upperclassmen with ALL BEast potential and future professionals to boot, along with a polished/seasoned transfer and kick ass freshman class. Where is the perceived weakness?
