Willard single handedly lost the game. What was he thinking switching the defense to that zone it hadnt worked all game.

Nice game Hall but have to win that...I'm sorry I'm not sorry. When MSU gives you several chances to take it, you need to take it especially in a season like this if you want a big time seed so you don't go out early. The game was won and SHU blew it with 1:40 or so left when they let MSU go on a 10-2 run. For much of the game, a Seton Hall guard would try to find a big man for layups or dunks. When they caught the pass, they bricked it or airballed. Many other times they dropped the pass or it was too far off and it was a turnover. Probably happened 10x. Your big men are not guards...stop trying to force the ball in their hands. Big missed FT by Powell late...missed layups...good effort but played too sloppy to beat a team like that.

Speaking of MSU, that kid Hall is a freshman who played like a senior player of the year candidate. He outplayed Winston. Seton Hall is lacking shooters. The only dead-eye shooter they have is Powell. After that no one else was really a major threat to make a 3. They doubled Powell and that was all she wrote. Sorry if I'm being very blunt and coming off as negative, but I'm just sick of Seton Hall saying "this is the year" and not winning these games. Sick of hearing they finally have all the parts...but but they had a tough matchup in March. Your team may never be this good for the next 25 years+...Michigan State did everything it took to lose tonight and you guys let them escape.

you wouldn't think it because of powell, but hall is one of the worst 3 pt shooting teams in the league. i will say, willard drew up a great play and had they gotten the foul call on mamu they win
