for Marquette that Kansas St game now pretty big.

Will be interesting to see if Purdue(top 30) or USC(top 50) can finish as Q1 wins. no lock for either. Kansas St on the road at least would be top 75. Really big for seeding for Marquette IMO.

yeah, you're probably right. But who expected them to start 5-1 and give Maryland a really good game? don't think many did.

Not going to dissect A&M (SEC's providence?) and USC here... but yes if one was worried about transitioning to a new coach, this 5-1 start looks very positive.

Howard just got the worst game of the season out of the way. Hopefully McEwen did, too. Anim and Bailey look like solid complimentary scorers.

shoot, I think if I'm a Temple fan, I'm the most impressed with the loss quite frankly- given what Maryland did today and how they were right there almost the entire game with them.

Lol, exactly. It was a gift when Peoperdine sat that Ross guy with 2 minutes left, for no reason at all.

Cable went out with 17 seconds left cuz of snowstorm and wind. So i actually don't know how the end played out, but saw 80-77 final score online.

Also, our PG situation is a big problem. Pipkins sat the last 10 minutes at least due to his struggling play. In 1st half during game action he passed the ball to the ref-- i guess the black and white ref jersey matched the Friars' shirts?

D Duke is outstanding. Reeves had a lot if good run today. Watson is shooting around 22% from the line.
