I believe that makes 16 straight W's for the BEAST since the PC loss to Florida. Christmas came early for all of us!

Dec 22, 2019. Ed & Rae Schollmaier Arena, Fort Worth, Texas

Despite a Herculean effort, 52% shooting, and stalwart defense, little Xavier had to withstand a valiant comeback effort by Big 12 juggernaut TCU. With a raucous crowd in a frenzy, the mighty Toads refused to submit. The game in which the Muskies has controlled from the tip-off, was suddenly under 10 points as X continually fouled, turned the ball over, and missed free throws. Winning by 8. TCU held X to 2 points over the final 4 minutes of the game.

Way to “get ready” for Nova. Great game Xuper!

What a week! 17-1 with 4 ap top 25 wins I believe. 2 of which were top 10 including, of course, #1.

Pomeroy tweet:

The Big East is about to run its record to 11-0 since Thursday, against a fairly difficult slate. Based on my pregame probabilities, there was about a 1 in 700 chance of this happening. (In reality, even lower since I'm overrating Seton Hall's current state.) Quite a run.

You are Fuk!ng obsessed......I am relatively new here and a hard core career XU knuckle buster. Some of you HLOH posters seem like BUTT BUDDIES.... WHY?

Good thorough beatdown on the frogs for a great roady W for all concerned regardless of the tired sarcasm. That near full 40 type effort wins in 7 of 9 venues in conference.

:D

I am ready for X to roll Nova next Monday night, but this made me laugh.

Xuperman, I bleed blue as much as you, but the reality is we haven't done shit yet this season. It gets real in a week.

Steele’s Musketeers held TCU to a season-low 32.8% shooting and limited Horned Frogs' leading scorer Desmond Bane to two made free throws in the first half in a 67-59 victory. The final score was deceiving; the Musketeers led by 19 points with 3:44 to play before TCU closed on a 13-2 run. They never trailed and led by as many as 22 points in the second half.

Xavier’s win gave the Big East an 8-2 victory in its series against the Big 12.

Quincy McKnight scored 25 points, made all nine of his free throw attempts and had four steals and Seton Hall erupted in the second half for a 75-55 win over Prairie View A&M on Sunday.

Anthony Nelson, Jared Rhoden and Tyrese Samuel each scored 12 for Seton Hall (8-4).

The Pirates shot 7 of 23 in the first half - including all seven missed 3-point attempts - and Prairie View led 27-22 at halftime. Seton Hall then turned it around shooting 57.6% (19 of 33) and outscored the Panthers 53-28.
