Is it okay for us to start rooting against DePaul now?

I wanna believe and keep rooting 4 the Blue Demons, but they are sure making it tough for us diehards.

DePaul making this a game late and have forced OT at the Pavilion.

Don't ever count the Blue Demons out... impressive come back in the last two minutes of regulation to tie it.

No off nights in the BE. Nice effort DePaul. No quit. That’s a good sign for better results for you in the future.

I actually feel bad for DePaul. This certainly looked like their year and here they are at 0-4 and at the bottom of the standings again.

And they get Butler next on Saturday... They can beat anyone in the league, just have to finish games. I feel for them, but I'm also hoping they are 0-6 come Saturday afternoon. ;)

Nova is finding their own, but they need to work on inbounds plays! :P

Amen. For a team / program that prides itself on fundamentals and execution, basic inbounding of the BB becomes an unnecessary adventure late in games. I’d press us relentlessly until we can demonstrate the ability to improve in that area.

I also feel bad for DePaul. They Blue Demons did much better than expected against their non-conference opponents, and the rest of the Big East will get collateral benefit from beating DePaul.

Our inbounding needs to be addressed, but I think personnel is part of the problem. We don't have Brunson posting up weaker defenders or Paschall/Bridges receive the ball over the top and attack the press in midcourt.
