This is good news.

The Douglas county health department is listing a lot of locations of possible low-risk exposure including Creighton basketball games.
Nebraska by birth, Creighton by choice.

I started this thread less than a month ago. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine what the virus would become.

Hey guys. I've been whitewater rafting in the Yukon for the last 30 days...what's going on? Can't wait for the Jays game tonite in the NCAAs!

They sticking you in 14 day self-quarantine?
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Nope...quarantine in jail.

Yeah, the last couple of weeks have been tough.

From what i understand, which most of you know, trendlines put us maybe 10 to 14 days behind where Italy is. And actions we take today-- staying home, avoiding crowds, washing hands, etc-- have an impact on what we'll see here a few weeks plus into the future. Still hoping people don't become complacent.

My kids are off from (public high school and middle school) school indefinitely, and will be starting online classes on Monday. I'm expecting that to continue through the end of April at least, and maybe thru the end of the school year in mid June.

And avoiding crowds is important not only for the individual but because that person could spread it to an elderly person or anyone more vulnerable.

Athletic departments are starting to budget in case there is a delay to the college football season.

Conferences’ multi-sport television agreements and schools’ local media-and-marketing deals get as much as 85% of their value from football, according to AJ Maestas, the CEO of Navigate, a Chicago-based firm that specializes in college and professional sports rights valuations. Those deals, as well as shoe-and-apparel deals, often contemplate the prospect of payment-adjustment negotiations if games are not played for reasons beyond the school’s control.
