Agreed. I think "New York's college team" is likely to spend most of the next decade battling St. Bonaventure for 3rd in the state with St. John's and Iona a distant top 2.

the thing also is does the Boeheim style really resonate any longer? Especially during the regular season they've struggled. They haven't been more than a 8 seed since the 2014 season. 66-64 in ACC play in that time.
