The committee will do everything possible to matchup Providence with Iona in Round One.

Iona with their Alabama win (but Niagara loss) can be shifted plausibly anywhere from a 15-seed to an 11-seed...

PC has similar "committee-unknowns" that can slide us arguably to the opposite of wherever Iona lands.

yeah could definitely see it- but don't think Iona can go down much further than a 13 seed at all. You go look at the 14 line(that's 55-58) and Iona is clearly stronger than any of those. Probably would need to lose another game, if not 2 to drop to 14 seed even. And pretty easy remaining schedule.

PC is interesting for sure. Remaining schedule they really need Xavier to remain top 30 so that's another Q1 game. I wonder what the ceiling is for Providence right now- especially if they were to lose to Nova again.

So I asked Dave(guy from Bracketville) about North Texas about where they are with the bubble...
I think both North Texas and Iona would get at-large looks. Right now, I would lean toward No Texas, although Iona has the bigger snag (Alabama). Metrics certainly favor NT. Best bet: avoid that scenario.

Michigan sure going to be interesting to watch these next 2 weeks with the suspension of Howard.

Will say this- they are darn lucky that they have Phil Martelli to take over.

Are they though, really? LOL... Nova glasses firmly on with that one.

How do Nova fans view him? Seemed like when he had the talent he did pretty well.

Interesting- #BYU Basketball coach Mark Pope says that his program has “reached out to around 20 teams” for a possible non-conference game next week.

So looking- Big East not really realistic for them as Butler is the one with the early bye.

They have 4 home games then Ohio State on the road, they’ll be fine.

Yeah home games but against Rutgers, Illinois, Michigan St, and Iowa- 4 pretty good teams. Rutgers the easiest, and they're going to be short handed there. Need to get at least 2 wins out of the 5. This week could easily go 0-2.
