Tough win for the Jays, UCONN gave it all they had, Sonogo was a beast, win and advance in the Big East.

Thanks to the Johnnies we’re going to be facing some desperate Friars at the Dunk. Pass the pepto!!!!

Home from the game. Not sure what I witnessed. I really hate rock fight, wrestling, and the like when I’m at a hoops game, but that’s what we got again today. Trey Alexander scored 17 points in 23 minutes but sat lengthy stretches on the bench in foul trouble. I honestly feel like the spread would have been wider if he had played the entire game.

In the end, happy just to win. Moving on.

to me Creighton is getting so dangerous because they're winning these sort of games. Saw someone comparing you guys to UNC last year. I can definitely see it.

I mean... welcome to the Big East? That's always what this league has always been about: physical, bruising, hard-fought basketball games. If you want to watch breathing on someone is a foul basketball you should check out the ACC.

big last 5 minutes for Seton Hall here IMO. Nova on I think a 11-0 run. They have to bounce back here imo.

I don’t mind physical basketball games, but I prefer to watch skilled basketball players being allowed to demonstrate their abilities with clutch and grab defense all game long.

Thanks for the FF sentiment Steve but I’d much prefer the comparison to Nova’s natty when they had a brutal OOC and avenged their Buddy Heil OU loss in the dance… I’d welcome the chance to see UT or Zona again with a healthy Kalk. :D

Yeah either way. Creighton not going to be a team that a top 1-2 seed is gonna want to see in their bracket at all...

Will be interesting to see if Creighton can get into that sweet 16 reveal next Saturday.
