Excellent point!

I'm just catching my breath. This has just been such an intense first half, it would be easy for them to slack off in the last few minutes without realizing it. They must maintain their intensity for these last few minutes.

6 favs were from this group of eight > Hoyas, Marq, Creigh, Nova, PC, SJU, X & BU. OK so who are you going on the record to say was eliminated this weekend?

we'll know a lot more about GW next weekend, they play Maryland at Verizon Center.

Stop already. GW is not a tourney team. CU should be their win of the year. NO way they finish ahead of VCU, SLU, UMASS and prob Dayton in their own conference Do you really think the A10 is a 4 bid league? That will be a BAD loss for CU come March.

realistically, Xavier and Butler it's gonna be very hard for them. It was going to be nearly impossible with how close the conference will be- to get a 6th team in. Xavier now with 3 losses will be at best 9-3 entering conference play(remember Abilene doesn't count). 8-10 and 6th place for them would make them 17-13. That's not enough.

Prov wins tonight and finishes at or above .500 in conference they punch their ticket. It's that simple.

Gee whiz. Cauley-Stein was camped out in the paint for about 5 seconds on that dunk. Could it have been any more obvious?

The A10 could definitely get 4 bids. most bracketology preseason I saw had them with 4 bids.

And also- if GW doesn't make tourney but is like 18-12 or something like that and in the NIT- that won't be a loss that would get dinged in the nitty gritty report. Already they have 6 wins. So they have a pretty good chance to make it where it won't hurt us in the RPI reports much at all...
