Copeland's Brewster team including 2015 BE recruit Donovan Mitchell is about to take on IMG (FL) in the BA Invitational championship game. Both programs are loaded with D1 players. This is a BIG TIME match-up. Here's the link:

I've prolly seen Isaac Copeland play more than any other recruit besides IW & LJ Peak. He's the true Jeff Green clone, even more so than Paul White IMO simply because he's bigger at 6-9. I may have to rethink the PF Jeff Green comparison with White for a SF like Otto Porter instead. Copeland through 11 games is averaging 16.3 ppg & 8.5 rpg. Playing for Brewster Academy I don't know how he gets his numbers. That team is full of hyper attacking guards with Spida Mitchell, Jarred Terrell, Devonte Graham & Kevin Zabo all high major recruits! He plays well next to a decent center another high prospect in Jarred Reuter. Basically Brewster is loaded and is 11-0 on the year.

The last game was a win in the championship of the Brewster Invitational against Chris McCullough & IMG. Copeland went for 17 & 7 while, McCullough went for 26, they matched up against one another a lot. Devonte Graham (2014 Creighton recruit) went for 36 in the OT victory. I saw that game and if Copeland was featured like McCullough was he could have gone for 30 IMO. Copeland is not underrated or overrated in my book he flat out a top 40-50 player. He's a competitor but make n mistake he's a skilled finesse player.

More Reviews:

Brewster went 2-0 on the weekend and was led by the stellar play of Georgetown recruit Isaac Copeland. The skilled, face-up 4-man shot it well from mid-range, threw down a number of nasty dunks in the paint, and even stepped out to hit a three-pointer. It’s truly hard to imagine that just a year and a half ago, Copeland was riding the pine for Ravenscroft out of Raleigh. Fast forward and this agile forward looks destined to fit the Hoyas’ system perfectly, a la Jeff Green.

Here's Paul Biancardi's comparison of Isaac Copeland to Paul White:

Copeland is more of a skilled, stretch four man with terrific mobility and length. He can stroke the 3 and score close to the rim. Meanwhile, if you watched White's performance Thursday on ESPN2 against Apple Valley, you could easily see the array of skills he brings to the game. The ability to score shoot, pass, rebound and handle the ball allows him to play small forward or power forward.
