SHU Injuries - SF Edwin, C Ayuda, PG Gibbs, PG Maayan (Gaza), C Geramipoor. Not trying to be funny but who else besides Dunn has been injured for PC? I don't argue both may be trending down but why the incomplete analysis?

Either way, its irrelevant to the question of whether you are "up" or "down" --- its an observation, the extenuating circumstances of how you got there really doesn't matter....

But, anyway, Butler is playing without Roosevelt Jones all year, for example, the expectation is to persevere EVEN IF you lose a potential all-conference player.

It's hard for me to agree that Marquette, Creighton, and Georgetown are trending down when I still think all 3 make the NCAA tournament.

No disagreement but with multiple injuries there comes a point where expectations have to match reality even if temporarily...see the Lakers.

they had them as remaining the same. All 3 still have a lot of work to do in conference play- more so than normal for Georgetown and Marquette. Depending on when the original observation point was made, I'd say it's pretty fair. Not much has changed

Seton Hall has had tough injuries, with Edwin in particular being really key. Gibbs hopefully is back full strength. Auda is a solid guy. Maayan less important, but provided depth.

PC has the bad Dunn injury, but also the two suspended freshman Austin and Bullock (and the uncertainty of when if ever they'll be playing). The D/A/B absences have required Cotton to play PG, which screws us up because he's our 3-pt guy. Fortune has been asked to play more than expected. Harris has had to play a lot of SG.

We have a 6 man rotation:
1-Cotton.
2-Fortune.
3-Harris.
4-Henton.
5-Batts, w Desrosiers.

If any of the 6 are exhausted, then everyone slides their positions 1 over.

Bancroft is a former walk-on G who can give Cotton a breather for a couple of minutes.
Woodring is a walk-on and gets no minutes.
Goldsbrough is a limited PF who gives decent minutes in short spurts.
Kofane is limited.

Teams should just press us for 40 minutes. We can run, but without depth we're exhausted.

PC bench has played the 3rd fewest % of minutes of anyone in college basketball due to the injury/suspensions. It's hardly a wash... You take 3 of the top 8 off of any team and it's just devastating.
