FDU and St. Peter's are the losses that I am extremely disappointed in. There is literally no excuse for those two. Hell, bottom feeder A10 teams I'm used to complaining about are a lot better than those teams. Honestly, if Hall beat FDU and St. Peter's and lost to Mercer still, I wouldn't hardly complain, unfortunately they didn't.

All three of those losses were inexcusable and embarrassing. Seton Hall does have talent and even with all of our injuries should not have lost to even one of those teams let alone all three.

With Rutgers no longer in the conference he has now turned his disdain toward the Pirates. Lucky us!

Hopefully we pound the Friars (no offense to the true Friar fans here, I want to win every game we play) so he just stfu! Wonder who will feel his wrath when that happens?

I heard this earlier from someone else as well. Fantastic news! Just hope he is totally ok and doesn't have any lingering effects later.

I was at the game last night an he went down right in front of us. One of the scariest things I've seen. No kid from any school should ever have to leave their respective field of play on a stretcher.

After seeing that on tv (must've looked/sounded worse live) I am absolutely shocked by the positive reports coming out today! Big Gene will be eating BE chow real soon!

That's good to hear. Enjoyed watching him at SIU and hope to see him next weekend if he won't miss time.

We haven't heard a diagnosis yet or estimated time for return but hopefully Gene's early release from the hospital is a good sign. Initial reports had him staying in the hospital for a few days. I would be very surprised if he didn't have a concussion.

It was scary as hell seeing him hit the floor, go into convulsions and then not moving initially. By the time he was on the stretcher his eyes were open and he was seen moving his hands and feet. Walsh was dead silent though for about 15 minutes while they worked on him.

Mercer on the road quite simply is not. The other two are.
