Xavier lands 4-star guard

The 6'3" shooting guard is a top-100 prospect in the 2016 class according to ESPN, Rivals, and Scout. He is regarded as the #1 guard prospect out of Kentucky in his class.

I doubt Xavier Simpson ends up at Xavier. It appears Iowa State is the pick now that Goodin made his decision.

The Xavier staff gave Simpson as much love as possible. It was a situation of if it was going to happen it would have happened already.

Xavier is likely to pursue another big, and maybe swing for the fences on Kobi Simmons and Markelle Fultz.
